Mr. and Mrs. Ross Rabelow
announce the graduation of their daughter, Samantha Rachael, from Pennsylvania State University at University Park on May 16.
Samantha will earn a degree in public relations from the College of Communications.
Joining in the celebration are her brother Dakota; and her grandparents Gloria Scott, and Sandra and Arthur Rabelow.
