Now through Sunday, May 11, KYW News Radio reporter Hadas Kuznits, a native of Israel, is presenting a series of special reports from the Jewish state in celebration of Israel's 60th anniversary of independence. These reports, which are sponsored in part by the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, include interviews with Yael Dayan, daughter of Moshe Dayan, one of Israel's founding fathers, Safrir Eirron, a former member of the Haganah military organization, Danny Aleksandrovitch, a seventh-generation Israeli whose family helped build Tel Aviv, and students and tourists from all over the world.
