Jeff and Maggie Kolansky of Philadelphia announce the birth of their first grandchild, Andrew Biggar Kolansky, to their son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sarah, on March 20. He is the great-grandson of Harold Kolansky and the late Elsa Kolansky. The brit milah was performed by Hazzan Howard Glantz on March 27 and attended by many, including aunt Jessica Kolansky and maternal grandparents Bill and Jane Biggar of Cleveland.
