The American Friends of Hebrew University, Mid-Atlantic Region/Philadelphia, introduced Benny Porat, director of the Israel Matz Institute for Jewish Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, to members of the community during a weekend of events from Feb. 9 to 11. The weekend concluded with a study session at Lower Merion Synagogue.
