Gary A. Krimstock, of Philadelphia-based Fineman Krekstein & Harris P.C., and Thomas M. Skiba, CEO of Community Associations Institute (CAI), participated in the Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley CAI chapter State of the Industry Breakfast. More than 100 industry professionals attended the event at the Union League of Philadelphia. CAI is an international trade association dedicated to supporting better community associations and their homeowners and leaders.
